4. That's a totally misleading headline
I cry bullshit on it. Sen. Clinton is holding the bill up because of moral reasons; the bill cuts funding for people with Aids in her State.

Why are you in favor of cutting AIDS money to New Yorkers in need. Do you find that a moral action that should be rewarded with a quick vote in the Senate?
