Rep. Shelly (D Nevada) ON THE FLOOR says

(paraphrased)'I've never been a big supporter of civil disobedience, but I will tell you, I will lie down in front of every train, I will lay down on any any road used for transporting this nuclear waist brought to my state'. (her statement was stronger and better then what I've para here)

She is strongly opposing particulars in the bill for waste storage facility in Nevada because it calls on the United States to share nuclear technology with third world countries and as an incentive to over come local objections in those countries, US will guarantee that it will take all their nuclear waste back here, making US and Nevada the nuclear dumping ground for the world. She doesn't even support storying just US waste in Nevada, but adding the worlds waste has pushed her over the edge. First time I've seen this rep., very strong, has backbone. Bravo........ I hope she gets some play and recognition....
