I went to school in New York and graduated with a Regents Diploma. One of the few states that held onto the program. The school still has roughly the same ammount of non-english speaking students (Lets not dismiss the fact that these kids do try to learn the language).
I've heard rumors that MA is thinking of dumping the MCAS requirements.
