13. Cheney is the biggest threat to America of the 2, IMHO
"Balloon face McGoon" Rove is at the end of the day, just a pinhead with a knack for making Shrub look better to a (dwindling) base of supporters. Darth Cheney seems to me the "mastermind" behind a lot of the worst ideas coming out of the White House these days.

I'd cheer if either one was frogmarched out of the WH in handcuffs, but Darth Cheney is the bigger threat to America.
