Then The Machine will foam at the mouth praising Bush for having the guts to defy such personal questions. After all, you shouldn't be subjected to questions on drug use or sex. Bill Clinton is the exception because he is a murderer, whether he killed anyone or not.

I think that's the rationale they use; correct me if I'm wrong.
