5. They shouldn't
If stopping abortion is so important to them, then it should be their absolute, number one priority. If it takes a human life, then 1.3 million per year is a holocaust that mimics what the Nazis perpetrated. And yet it's usually 4th or 5th on their list, falling after cutting billionaires' taxes, privatizing Social Security, costly ongoing military adventures, and hassling gay people. This needs to be driven home to the pro-life voters. They've controlled both houses and the Executive branch for the past 6 years and they've done nothing significant to attempt to curtail abortion. Why don't they introduce that Constitutional Life amendment? So what if it fails. Introduce it again and again. If they cared that much about the "babies", they would. They are only concerned with their political fortunes and it's obvious to anyone who is the least bit observant.
