2. Black Box voting isn't getting a foothold in Pennsylvania
The Secretary of State (Democrat appointed by Rendell) has decertified several units being used in Western PA.

I'd like to see what Republican Candidate for Governor/African-American Lynn Swann has to say about this issue because this law, if passed, would overwhelmingly affect people of his heritage - the ones he claims he could help if elected governor.
