3. All of them
have seriously lost it. There are two rings of people in the administration. One ring--the inner--is the Cheney-Dumsfeld-Rove thinkers. The other is the hangers-on, many of them *-groupie types who couldn't drive themselves out of a parking lot. The inner ring has no control over the outer ring. It spins on its own. The inner ring has gotten off message and the outer ring has no message except "me", "me". And * is in a funk, allegedly yelling at those around him, seeing a therapist, etc.
