Poll question: Hypothetical ... what to do when both 'yes' and 'no' are the wrong answer

In another thread here in GDPol http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.ph... we see where idiot son's second 'best one for the job' choice may not be the sure fire one to overturn Roe. Let's say, for the sake of discussion, he'll play the now famous starre decisis game with Roe. But then we get all his other crap rulings.

If we vote 'yes' for the guy (in this hypothetical) we have a better than even chance to keep Roe as the law of the land. But we get all that other shit along with it.

If we vote 'no' ... and assume we win with that vote ...... we risk Roe at the **next** 'best one for the job' nominee.

What would you do? How would you vote?

Sorry, polls are turned off at Level 3.
