Neither did the Pennsylvania Husband notification law say anything about "perceived problems--such as economic constraints, future plans or the husband's previously expressed opposition." But that didn't stop Scarlito's Way from just making that crap up, either in an attempt to make Pennsylvania women beg their husbands for the right to end a pregnancy they didn't want.

Christ, but this man is NASTY!
