18. I thought a nervous breakdown had to do with being beyond your
ability to cope. Someone who has been in politics most of his life and run many campaigns.. knows a thing or two about fighting hard. I would say that Bush is likely to act passive for a bit, then once his numbers have improved, come on heavy again with the "agenda".

Remember - the man doesn't care about people. Or the news.
