29. It would have been easier to adopt a Romanian orphan than
what we went through to adopt our kitty. First we had to fill out the unbelievably long form. Then we had a "home visit". Then they dropped off our kitty. Then they did a follow-up visit. I truly believe that the city foster parent department is probably not one third as diligent.
