link http://www.fema.gov/news/newsrelease.fema?id=18579 I can see this across the board declaration being necessary for people displaced into all these states .... if it is useful to them to get assistance from FEMA. But is is really necessary? I du know? More sinister motives? Only time will tell (are we being set up for something?) ..... I du know? Peace. :)
