do so out of the same sort of blind faith that fuels a "cult of personality" Nature has stepped up and removed all arguable doubt of Bush's incompetence. Katrina is the ultimate test of reality versus their deluded fantasy. As much as we might want revenge for their support of Bush, as much as we want to prove them wrong via debate, we must remember that these people are not our enemy; they are our fellow citizens who have been fooled and tricked into a false reality of conceited bigotry. Luck of birth and money... anyone here could have been a Bush supporter.

They are waking up now. Their reality is falling apart... It's an opportunity to convince them that there is better path, not to strengthen their resolve by acting superior. With no tenable points to refute the left, those who have invested too much of their sense of self in supporting Bush will have no rebuttal but violence.
