69. Here's what I don't understand about this.
there is NOT ENOUGH PROOF!

Why is there not enough proof?

http://www.answers.com/topic/2004-u-s-presidential-election-controversy-voting-machines

The only kind of proof that is neccesary to fully prosecute a crime, is intent, motive, and conspirators.

Now, these corporations clearly sold tabulator machines that were not legally certified into multiple states. The names of the individuals and allegations are cited. They were also clearly corrupted and in violation of numerous state codes, this is evident.

Why could they not have taken them into court then and openly sued the vendors getting these machines banned?

Look at Paul Lehto's lawsuit in Washington which is succeeding. There has been opportunities to do this since November 3 2004, yet no one has done anything.

It is only NOW that heavy handed actions are taken to put a stop to this. If the state boards claim the results are proprietary or they can't release the numbers because of trade secrets, that's a red flag for fraud. That should bring on several RICO lawsuits.

Yet this was not pursued, evidently, until Paul Lehto and other investigators jumped in. Here's my question: Are politicians afraid of Diebold, ES&S, Sequoia for money reasons?
