25. Calling it a "blunder" suggests that what was done was done in error.
On the contrary, these hoodlums have been in govt. and ripping off businesses for years and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was planned and carried out perfectly if the goal was to soak the US dry, destroy the social/finacial infrastructure, erode civil liberties and make all their croneys filthy rich! Mission accomplished as far as I can see.
