Bush's claim makes no sense logically or strategically, because his policies have increased animosity towards the U.S. overseas, not reduced it. Moreover, the September 11th, London, Madrid, Bali, and Turkey attacks show we ARE vulnerable over here, and the war in Iraq hasn't changed that.
