4. Why?
Why does it suck? I understand that there would be a constitutional legitimacy value over this, but wouldn't this make voting more accurate, as the people who vote are now voting on the correct standards? Rather than vote on your bible or what Bill O'Reilly said last week in an interview, people now have to understand how the government works at least a little bit, and can make their own informed decisions. What part of that sucks?
