I gave over a thousand bucks to the Kerry campaign and worked countless hours to get him elected. He's not proven himself to be up to the job yet of being a party leader. Its still a free country and I plan to support and not support whomever I choose.

The Democratic Party doesn't belong to you or Kerry or anyone in Washington DC. It belongs to all of us out here in the real world who work every day to raise funds, recruit volunteers, spread the word and get candidates elected, something my family has been doing in this party since the late 1800's. Get used to it.

As for your issues involving having a child who may be of draft age in a couple of years, I can't help you there. You'll have to have that conversation with your child when the time comes and live with the consequences of your own decisions. That's a personal matter for your family.
