13. I suspect that those who know of PNAC aren't saying anything
about it because they would have the public believe that the administration is full of incompetents and nothing is going the way the administration wants.
The truth is that despite the incompetents, they've got just about everything going according to plan. It's the plan itself that is evil, but it is well written and sounds scholarly so people who are exposed to it could be convinced that it is a good thing, if they don't work their way below the surface.
Their elitists think the common people would not question PNAC. Our elitists don't think the common people have to perspicacity to see through it.
