Just like Mr. Blackwell did in having a meeting with *, Rove, and Matt Damnschroder (head of the Franklin County BOE and former head of the Franklin County Repugs) on 11/2/04. Franklin County had 2 to 7 hr waits in democratic precincts ...... average voting time in repug areas ...... 20 minutes or less.
Mr. Damnschroder held back 62 voting machines ..... their serial #s were erased from rooster lists of machines ...... rumor has it some of those machines were on trucks circling the county all day.
So please do not do anything that might interfere with Mr. Blackwell's political career ...........
