as did every one of the 100 senators (as it is the fact that every senator is wealthy enough to benefit from it), but that doesn't necessarily make it a bad thing, as long as they voted against it and tried to stop them.

Ultimately that's all that matters, that they vote against this crap. I don't care if they have money or not. The fact that some (very few) ultimately vote against their own financial interest is admirable.

Sarbanes, I believe, voted against the tax cuts so I really don't see a problem.
