5. Bill Clinton could run again...
...and he probably would. And he would mop up the floor with George W. And the Bushies know that. That's why they will never try to repeal the 22nd amendment. They know how easily it could backfire on them. No, I think they're getting ready to run Jeb in '08. And that scares me just as much.
