Casey supports liberal stuff like universal health care, education, fair labor practices, and so on.
Personally, I do support the more liberal Chuck Pennachio on principle but Santorum would destroy him in the general election. Casey has the money, influence, and popularity to beat Prick Santorum. This will be a very expensive and nasty election. Money and people are going to come from all over the country for both of these guys.
Yes, I'm confident in our state elections. Casey will win the primary with no problem so militant pro-choicers are welcome to support Chuck as long as we all unite behind Casey in the general election.
