61. No... VOTING is a choice
I am glad that the Dems are not running a tight party-line vote on an issue that they cannot win. Gonzales is going to be confirmed, regardless of whether 1 dem votes against him or 45. In the long run, the Dems would lose by forcing a party-line vote on an issue they have not a prayer of affecting the outcome of. They need to save that kind of effort for something where it makes a difference.
