Even so, I'd be surprised if she isn't confirmed. To think otherwise is the same to me as thinking we were going to flip the election on 1/6. We must face reality even as we fight for what is right. There are battles that will be won, and some that will be lost. Right now, at least the Dems are bringing up some really good stuff. Nevertheless, do they have enough to hold against her that would prevent her nominationr? Would the ones who don't want to confirm her have a majority. We shall see.

Should be interesting to see who votes yea or nay. May I invite you to add some crow to your fish if your favorite punching bag votes nay? Would you do that for a sister Dem?
