19. Ranger, as a small business owner...
What do you think about this "not one damn dime" idea? I initially thought it was a great idea, but I've recently seem some emails circulating that suggest it may not have the impact we hope it will. Small businesses will be disproportionately harmed by a "boycott" (a Thursday's worth of sales obviously doesn't mean as much to Walmart as it does to "Susie's Flower Shop"), and small biz owners are more likely to be Dem supporters than are the corporate CEOs. I'm not sure if we really want that kind of "collateral damage."

I'd be interested in everyone's thoughts on this, but particularly Gay Ranger's or any other small business owner's. Thanks!
