19. Actually it should continue.
The only reason Rumsfeld is still there is because shrub can't replace him. If he were to replace him the American people ( those that support shrub) would view it as a path to success. Success can't be had in Iraq (not under this administration and their warped logic). What excuse would shrub and gang have then?
