The message being pushed by the corporate media whores is, Rudy hired Kerik minus a background check, Rudy was well aware of Kerik's affairs and it was Rudy who pushed for Kerick to get the Homeland Security position. Now since all of this info came out, all blame is being pushed on Rudy in hopes that down the road this can all be spun out of control come primary election time. Remember the repuke base are "morally upstanding people" (yes, you can laugh your ass off now). How could they vote for a guy who not only had affairs himself but condoned this behavior from one of his closest friends and underlings?

What the corporate whores aren't pushing is why didn't the white house do such a thorough job checking this man out before being nominated to such an important position.

They have to keep on the white house message you know.
