18. If it is Chimpus Khan, I agree. He deserves it.
No one of the face of the earth has had more impact on more people's lives than this man. Now, if it is Rove, then Time is looking at the real power behind King Khan, but would be right in line with my sentiments.

Time has never held that their "Man of the Year" was a positive statement.

The fact is, from domestic American issues, to the War in Iraq(tm), to the trade impabalance, to environmental issues, to human rights issues, to impact on world travel policies, to the exchange rate of the dollar, Great Leader's influence is felt worldwide. None of it good, to be sure, but certainly front and center in most people's thinking.

He is likely to be seen by history as the most reviled world leader since Hitler, and that's no small feat. Given enough time, he could be on a course to even exceed Hitler.

Can anyone name a person who has had more impact than this? Anyone?
