31. Almost giddy
The polls, the internals of the polls -- the 50% rule, the right/wrong track -- are all moving in our favor. We have survived the Swifties and Mary Cheney, not to mention four years of one of the worst presidencies in the history of the republic. The American people are (probably) not as gullible as I feared.

But that doesn't mean I won't be working all day, every day the last four days of the election to help get out the vote. It ain't over til its over.

And I just ponied up some more hard-earned money for the Democratic Party's final push.

I want to know that I did my small part to put the nail in that fucker's coffin.
