brazenly fighting it out because he is dumber than a stump.

And regarding the "fox harrassment policies" angle, listen this is Bill O'Reilly. He's a big deal, big name, big swinger, numero uno, the guy who pays the rent, The Talent.... no reasonable human being with an IQ over 40 would have bothered trying the "inhouse" legal avenues... that would work if Herb in accounting was drooling on her, but are you kidding me, telling Fox management, "It's me or him, who you gonna believe????" It's obvious whose side they would be on. It would be pointless.
