there was oxygen in the molten steel. I've read and seen reactions occurring even as the building was collapsing. But I'm sure he isn't going to make something like this up , there is a reason he said what he did about the underground oxygen it's not like he's you or something. So I don't think you're going to "disprove" Steven Jones.
