9. Can someone please help?
Clearly, I must not have the complete software for playing this. It's a WMV file and I have the Windows Media Player, but I suspect I'm missing a codex or divx or some plug-in required for this particular subspecies of file, because all I get is a blank screen and no progress no matter what.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm lacking, or if a different player will work? Thanks.
