Why did they hire the same firm that cleaned up the OK City bombing to clean up the WTC?

Why did the firm bury the materials from the Murrah Building in a guarded location?

Why was the Patriot Act written prior to 911?

Why did Congress try to pass it after the OK City bombing and after the first WTC bombing in '93? Why did the Act stay around for so long?

How come the war plan was on * desk prior to 911?

Why did Bush repeatedly say he saw the first plane fly into the WTC AS IT HAPPENED when the footage was not released until 9/12? Why did he continue to Booker Elementary School despite being told EN ROUTE that the first WTC was hit?
