No CONSPIRACY there.

More to the point, jet exhaust contrails can persist longer than they have been observed to in the past.

Science can describe some plausible (though not necessarily definitive) reasons for this.

Now, considering the situation already exists (thousands of jets legitimately fly daily), it is ludicrous to suggest a conspiracy exists to do the same thing.
