1. Their own test show it is not a energetic enough reaction. 2. No chain of custody - we have no idea where the sample actually came from. 3. They mention the paint chips but don't actually test paint chips as a control experiment 4. They don't have a known sample of nano-thermite to compare their sample to. As far as we know they have no idea what real nano- thermite looks like.
This is not real science. Spend some time in the archives - this.was the subject of.many long threads. It is not as straight forward as you believe.
