I'm not sure why DOJ should have bothered to seek another indictment against OBL regardless of the quality of the evidence.


So... the new standard for seeking multiple indictments is whether or not we already have enough to put a suspect away? "So what if it's the most heinous crime ever committed on American soil, and the echos will shape our destinies for generations to come? Fuck it, we already got enough on this guy. Who needs more paperwork?"

If this is how it works, murders, rapists, thieves, child molesters, arsonists... may as well go on mega-sprees because the DOJ isn't counting.:wtf:
