4. Good idea. Taxpayers should get refunds from 9/11 PR firms, too.
If it turns out that some of those people who "cover-up and lie to us" are Disinformation agents and PR firms being paid for by the taxpayers, they should be required to forfeit all the money they've received. Let them then take up a new line of work or else let Richard Mellon Scaife employ them if he wants to. Oh, wait. Some of them may already be on his payroll or receiving compensation indirectly from him.
