Secu/Stra handled security contracts for those entities (until 2000 in the case of WTC) and this is an interesting connection, worthy of pursuit (in the sense that Marvin and Wirt should be among of the top 100 suspects to get a subpoena). You have the right article (there are two versions, one more completely detailed).

The original post was written in exasperation at all the claims (a la LC2) that have turned that into Marvin Bush "being in charge of" WTC security, which he was not in any official way. Or which pretend that this connection translates into a slam-dunk proof, no further investigation necessary, that M.Bush's company was the one who stuck the bombs in the buildings. Because it doesn't, except in lazy minds.
