29. Speculation Clearstream to Silverstream
Edited on Wed Jul-26-06 06:36 AM by DrDebug
Pure speculation:

Clearstream consisted of three major partners:

Credit Lyonnais (EU)
Barclays (UK) because London is the center of the universe
Citigroup (US)

The EU part got exposed in the Spring of 2001. The US part has gone completely unmentioned, so they managed to keep it out of the press. This means that the US part of Clearstream was probably still up and running during 2001, however it would have been wise to transform that part and get rid off any links between the EU and US part.

The Silverstream software had to be ready before 9/11 and Marsh invested a lot of money and lots of consultants and IT personnel to get the software up and running. We know this because of Richard Grove's testimony, however there were lots of IT people in WTC1 at the time.

The software was for Marsh & McLennan, AIG, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, Alex Brown, Morgan Stanley. Deutsche Bank/Banker's Trust and Alex Brown is the same group and possibly the new EU side. Marsh and AIG is the spook side. Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as the new US side.

The thing which they needed to do was to get rid off the EU-US connection in Clearstream. CARR Futures is a US subsidiary of Credit Lyonnais, so maybe the people in the meeting at CARR Futures were the people who could possibly connect the EU part of the operation with the US part of the operation. That way they could transform Clearstream into Silverstream and the US part of the operation could have been thoroughly shredded in WTC7 which was part of Citigroup.

P.S. There were excessive put options in Luxembourg as well. That little country also saw unprecedented pre-9/11 trading. The investigation in Luxembourg never produced any results either. That could be important, because Luxembourg is a very irrelevant stock market.
