The prime minister and his son were last night reported to be meeting with advisers for legal consultations at the family ranch in the Negev. Gilad attended the Supreme Court session yesterday morning but declined to comment on the case to the media.
The detailed requests for the documents show that more than $3 million flowed into Sharon's personal accounts from mysterious sources. This was not just from Cyril Kern, the family friend who allegedly "loaned" the Sharon son $1.5 million, which was apparently used to repay illegal foreign donations to Sharon's 1999 campaign for the Likud leadership.
