71. That thinking is nonsense just like after WW1 which they called "The War to End All Wars" they
thought that another large war was impossible and an absurd notion.
The use of nuclear weapons in some way is an unfortunate possibility. It most likely would not be a total armageddon like a US Russia exchange but more like a single terrorist act or limited regional exchange. Not recognizing that there is certainly a real possibility that we have to constantly monitor and work to avoid is dangerous thinking and no more than sticking your head in the sand.
