9. Not in any of the American textbooks I have seen.
I have only seen one textbook mistake and it had the West Bank as part of Jordan. Palestine does not exist any more than Israel existed in 1946. The "idea" of it may exist, but ideas are not how political maps are built. Once established, then maps will correctly show "Palestine" as a nation.
