| 2. Again! Where is Sharon's Comprehensive Reparation Plan? |

It might well be a misnomer that the right of return is non-negotiable from the Palestinian standpoint. I have read much commentary to suggest Israeli Reparation could solve the problem completely, but where is their Reparation Plan?
GOI with US complicity is so use to always turning the tables to fault the Palestinians for failure, few have noticed Israel does not have a Reparation Plan with which to negotiate this issue. Not to my knowledge. Just misleading insinuations that the PA insists ther MUST BE Right to Return on principle. Even on forums this interesting oversight seems to be brushed aside as a no-thing.
While I might agree with those advocating Right of Return on principle, I say TAKE THE ISSUE OFF FINAL STATUS and let Israel come to the table with a comprehensive Reparation Plan, and then let's talk (or make flippant remarks) about what (or which side) is holding up the process or what (or which side) will cause the collapse of the ceasefire.
