and isn't this just the golden rule? "he who has the gold makes the rule"

why should Israel and the U.S. not be permitted to carry out their desires while they still have power?

that seems to be the way of great powers throughout the ages... maybe once their power ebbs a more benign power will assume the mantle.

something to look forward to I suppose, though you know what they say, "the grass always looks greener over there..."
