19. The "World of Terror" is nothing but a bigoted and racist construction created by Neoconservatives.
Iran is a nation just like any other nation, with ordinary people populating it who are doing their best to make in the world with the same concerns as people posting on this board. They are looking for a decent living, a good job, retirement, education for their kids.

The caricature of Iran and Iranians as devilishly looking to attack and kill as soon as they get any kind of nuclear weapon, and that theirs is a nation full of suicide bombers, is bigoted and racist. It has no place here.

If Iran were ever to develop a nuclear weapon, it would serve as a deterrent to so many other nations that have threatened Iran and Iranians. It would also serve as a deterrent to nations in the region that have made it a habit of occupying and settling land belonging to other nations.

Israel currently occupies Syria, the West Bank, which is supposed to be the future state of Palestine, and until fairly recently, occupied Lebanon for two decades.
