which we all have a vested interest in protecting. That would be 'truth'.
The ability of one to look at a matter without bias and try to find the truth. I don't give accusers of bush a pass just because I don't like bush. If we start blindly believing everything someone says it becomes almost a religion where we follow anyone who wants to lead a charge, blindly rushing about without any introspection.
And to me, gullible is believing someone's story because it fits what you want to hear and not bothering to hold both sides to the same standard of investigation and scrutiny.
