41. The Second Amendment does not guarantee an individual RKBA.
Every decision since Miller, which is to say every standing decision, has followed the reasoning in Miller that the Second Amendment is relevant only in the context of the militia. Every standing US case involving the Second Amendment has supported whatever gun control measure was at issue against the gun owner in question.
