Is most assuredly part of the Constitution.

The right to defend your life is also part of the Constitution.

I have no idea who your teacher was, but if he didn't make you aware of those facts, find a new one.

I don't believe anyone has claimed support of Walker or his agenda. However, agreeing with laws passed by a state legislature, regardless of the political party of the governor, which support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, is NOT a bad thing. Criticizing such laws because they were signed by a Republican is, at best, small minded and stupid.
